Rizzo Corporation Participates in Beam Signing Ceremony for New Ives Bank Headquarters
Rizzo Corporation proudly joined Ives Bank, city officials, and community partners for a significant milestone in the construction of the bank’s new four-story headquarters at 293 Main Street in Downtown Danbury. The Beam Signing Ceremony marked the placement of the final steel beam—symbolizing the completion of the building’s structural frame and the collective commitment behind this transformational project.
Ives Bank President & CEO Martin G. Morgado invited employees to sign the beam, noting the historic importance of the moment as the bank prepares for its next chapter in a state-of-the-art downtown facility. Danbury Mayor Roberto L. Alves highlighted the project’s role in bringing new professionals to Main Street, increasing foot traffic, and supporting the city’s continued economic revitalization.
Rizzo Corporation is honored to serve as the construction partner for this project alongside architect Scott Yates of H & R Design. As a Danbury-based company, contributing to a development that strengthens the community and supports long-term growth is especially meaningful.
The new Ives Bank headquarters will help anchor Main Street’s resurgence, complementing nearby housing and mixed-use projects and reinforcing Danbury’s ongoing investment in innovation and economic opportunity.
Rizzo Corporation looks forward to advancing the next phases of construction and delivering a building that will serve Ives Bank and the Danbury community for decades to come.
