Rizzo Corporation Helps Bring New Mediapro Studios Complex to Life in Yonkers

Rizzo Corporation is proud to announce the completion and official opening of Mediapro Studios’ new production complex in Yonkers, marking another major step forward for the region’s rapidly growing “Hollywood on Hudson.” The project represents a significant investment in the future of film and television production in New York—and we are honored to have served as the contractor responsible for bringing this vision to reality.

Working closely with Great Point Studios, our team delivered a modern, 100,000-square-foot facility designed to support high-level production needs. The new complex includes:

• Two 20,000 sq. ft. soundstages

• One 10,000 sq. ft. soundstage

• Full-service warehousing and set-construction workshops

• A three-story production building with offices, editing suites, make-up and dressing rooms

• Streamlined parking and loading areas to support around-the-clock operations

Built for Mediapro North America, the campus is already generating excitement within the industry. NBCUniversal has leased space to produce an upcoming television series, demonstrating how quickly this new facility is attracting major productions.

The project also highlights the continued momentum in Yonkers’ creative economy. As Mayor Mike Spano shared during the opening, Mediapro’s new campus reflects how world-class creativity, innovation, and economic growth continue to thrive in the Hudson Valley.
