The Northwell Training Center is a complete interior renovation project for a premier healthcare educational facility located at The Summit in Danbury, CT, and will be successfully completed and ready for occupancy by July 2026. The finished space features approximately 22,000 SF of high-density employee training amenities designed to support up to 650 people simultaneously, separated into 6 large breakroom, high-capacity catering kitchenettes, massive training rooms, a central employee breakout lounges, and networked administrative computer training bays.

The six training rooms are supported by flexible structural configurations utilizing modern operable partitions to rapidly transform from independent, isolated instruction rooms into one massive lecture hall footprint. The entire 22,000 SF facility is powered by its own independent, standalone MEP equipment to isolate the center's high utility and HVAC loads from the rest of the building's office wings. Adjacent to the classrooms is an integrated telehealth and distance learning infrastructure featuring dedicated A/V pipelines, overhead microphone arrays, and multiple ceiling-mounted high-definition display arrays optimized for real-time digital learning and network-wide streaming.
