Rizzo Retail Projects

General Motor's Saturn Division selected Rizzo Corporation to build its first retail store featuring GM's 21st Century design that will be the new prototype for all new Saturn car dealerships. This 23,000 square foot dealership incorporating new design elements is fast tracked for success. Rizzo is proud that it delivered this dealership on time, on budget, as we overcome the challenges that any totally new design presents

Rizzo Corporation was the General Contractor for this project which included extensive sitework and consisted of a new 3,575 SF building with an attached drive up canopy covering 2 ½ lanes. The building in keeping with the historic nature of the town was designed as a single story hip roof structure, with traditional elements such as wood shakes, painted wood fascias, shutters and fiberglass shingles.

Rizzo Corporation gutted this Danbury manufacturing landmark to retool it as a modern retail center and office building while retaining all exterior masonry walls to preserve the building’s historic value. We installed elevators and modern interiors to convert the building interior to an attractive restaurant and office complex.

Rizzo Corporation constructed over a 10,000 square foot new dining, banquet and kitchen space, making this a premier dining experience. Armando's is located on Route 6 in Brookfield, CT

When the Danbury mall's food court needed a significant makeover. They called upon Rizzo Corporation. Nathan's, Häagen-Dazs, Cosmos, Subway, Charlie's Grilled Subs and famous Cajun Grill all received a major facelift to each of their storefronts.

Amuse, a premier retailer of women's fashion accessories reached out to Rizzo Corporation to build a state-of-the-art boutique. This Amuse location is located in the Danbury fair mall in Danbury, Connecticut.
