At this time, we are actively seeking to fill the following positions:

* Project Manager - Permanent, full time position, immediate start.

Job Responsibilities:

Direct and manage project development from beginning to end

                                        Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support project

                                        Scheduling and management of subcontractors and trades;

Job Requirements:

A minimum of five (5) years experience required;

Excellent organizational, motivational and managerial skills;

Knowledge of MS Office, Primavera Epedition, P3 and Microsoft Project Manager is a plus. 

Salary is commensurate with experience. 

 * Project Engineer - Permanent, full time position, immediate start. 

Job Responsibilities:

Working closely with project managers;

Monthly billings;

Submittals;

Day-to-day project correspondence;

Filing.

Job Requirements:

Excellent computer and organizational skills;

Proficiency in MS Office is required;

Working knowledge of Primavera Expedition, P3, PM Web and Prologue is a plus.
